Abstract
Taschen‐PCR: Ein innovativer Thermocycler nutzt die natürliche Konvektion, um langkettige und Multiplex‐DNA schnell durch Polymerasekettenreaktion (PCR) zu vervielfältigen. Der einfache Aufbau benötigt ein Minimum an elektrischer Leistung und kann daher in einem batteriebetriebenen Tascheninstrument mit Produktionskosten um 10 US$ umgesetzt werden.
